The apartment was in a great location and a nice area. Lovely comfortable bed except for the bed's location, under the eaves. Good facilities in the apartment.
Liked less: The double bedroom was located in the eaves of the apartment. The bed was located under the eaves, and if you got up too quickly, you hit your head, which was not ideal.

Very clean, well furnished, functional , lovely fresh smell on arrival, plenty of instructions pinned around the property Comfy and relaxing after a day at work Well equipped kitchen Good location, nice pub around the corner, along with a convenience store and really nice Thai restaurant
Liked less: Had a problem with internet connection but that was minor, dogs in flat below a little noisy at times but no real issue

Stylish and spacious.
Bright and clean, decent sized, nice area, close enough (by bus or short walk to Tube station). Communication was good from hosts.
Liked less: Bed in loft was far too soft for me, I have a bad back so I ended up sharing with a family member in the twin room. Also, taps in ensuite were on wrong (red was 'cold' and blue was hot). Deposit system- either pay £30 to ensure no comeback OR secure hundreds on a card until after the stay (feel like this should be advertised). We couldn't get the upstairs shower to give hot water so showered downstairs (hosts did try to contact us to help but we were not in the property other than to sleep so we didn't get their advice due to being busy).

The apparement was nice, clean and the staff were available whenever you needed them

The property is small but nicely decorated and very clean. It’s a little tight to get into the front door and then to the apartment door if you have cases/bags. Fans were a welcome addition during the hot weather but the 4 windows on the top floor would very much benefit from blinds/curtains. Hosts were very good with communicating and quick with responses.

Liked less: Constantly banging my head in upper bedroom. Limited toilet roll, so had to purchase our own. Shower head in upstairs bathroom needs fixed.

Easy check in. Hosts were great!
It was clean, modern, comfortable and as it was described.
Liked less: Very minor but only one mirror at the property. Having a few of us getting ready for a wedding proved a difficult.
