Cancellation policy

More than 14 days before check-in: cancel for any reason and we refund everything you have paid, to the card you paid with. Refunds are issued straight away and normally show on your statement within five to ten working days.

14 days or fewer before check-in, a no-show, or leaving early: no refund.

The free-cancellation date that applies to your booking is shown on the booking panel before you pay, on the checkout page, and on your confirmation.

To cancel, email contact@citydreams.uk from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference. The cancellation takes effect when we receive it.

We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation. We are not able to make exceptions for train or flight cancellations, illness or weather, however sympathetic we are, because the dates were held for you and not sold to anyone else.
